Colorful buildings with varied window designs line a body of water, where a solitary boat floats gently. The image evokes an impressionistic scene, possibly in a historic European city.
This painting is based on John Lovett's article "How to Overglaze in Watercolor". I don't use watercolor, only got the idea.
In this painting, the paper was coated with soft gloss gel. I used Gesso, Simple Pen, Acrylics, and Wash. Finished with a glaze of oil in the sky.
Comes with a size of 14 by 10 inches, created in Grumbacher watercolor paper 300.
